The Wonder of Acupuncture

With recommendation from ThianHong, he brought me to Aunty Heng to let her treat my ankle for good.
Acupuncture style.

Initially, I was not very convinced by this method of treatment, but ThianHong insisted it is good.
The needle was suppose to "revive" some cells and I've came to learn that my ligament was torn.

My whole self was kinda stiff as the needle pierce into my flesh.
& nope it isn't all that pain.

More needles and wires are connected to them.
Then, electric current are passed through and I can feel my leg vibrate as it gets 'electrocuted'.

A couple of minutes later, I feel really dizzy and I passed out.
This is due to the fact I didn't had lunch before the treatment & the voltage was slighty too high for a first-timer.
Doing that treatment with an empty stomach is not recommended.

I passed out and the next moment I realize I'm on the floor with ThianHong holding my legs to aid the blood circulation to my brain.

At that moment, I feel so motionless.

Plus some struming with oilment and the Bull's Horn, I can feel all the major pain at my ankle went off just like that.
Miraculous stuff.

Now, I'm just waiting for my torn tendon to heal.

2007 was a year with ups and loads of downs. Yeap, the downs are definitely over-shadowing the ups.
I'm here to pay tribute to all my close mates, who helped me through the thick and thin.

This the 2008 eve was suppose to be the "bestest", the most memorable one.
Cause most of our friends are heading a different pathway,
We would be in different college.
Different state.
Different country.
& some even different continent.

Silly me, I didn't take any proper picture during New Year's Eve.
A number of us went to MayEe's 2nd home at Armani Terrace.

I've came to a finalized decision.

Christmas Eve '07.

Wasn't all planned properly before this, but somehow I thought we had a rather pleasant time together.

Sarah picked ThianHong and I from my place to WeiGuan's.

KhyLi was already there.

Before we head off to Bangsar, we all had a chit chat session with both WeiGuan's parents, her cousin and WeiCheng.

Congrats :D.

In fact, I didn't know we were going to Bangsar. I thought we would just hang around WeiGuan's place.

Bangsar was er, packed with aimless group of youngsters.
We weren't that aimless though.

26th Dec ; Christmas Party at Sab's.

KitWeng & I were on our feet from my house to Sab's place.

The sky has to be so unforgiving.
Guess what?
It PEE PEE again!

So heavy we were forced to take shelter in the nearest park.
Not to mention the rain was pouring like mad and the wind was strong!

Result?

I had to go through the torment of heavy pour before at KL as I've mentioned in my post before.
Twice in 3 days :(.

27th Dec ; Christmas Party at Belle's.

I walked from The Curve to Belle's. Actually it's pretty near if you know the way, but walking cluelessly around the Mutiara Damansara isn't recommended =\.

We've got the chance to enjoy the party in a romantic atmosphere as well.. haha.

Yumcha and had Ramli Burger again.

Mah showed us countless numbers of Card tricks.
Awesome stuff.

Soon, we exchanged ghost stories instead with the lights off.
To get the feeling, you know.
When WaiHong told us about his mom's eerie encounter at around 4am,

SUDDENLY.

we hear a high pitch sound. Dragging for soooo long.
All of us were in silence and got freaked out.

I mentioned to myself ;

"Stop pleaseee stop"

It stopped.

Then, the sound came back again. Louder and longer.

Everyone was like WHAT THE CRAP!
I swear my heart was beating so fast.
Mah hid himself under the blanket so comfortably. haha.

We can't identify and figure out what's the source of that sound.
Ignoring it would probably be the next best thing.

WaiHong : "Staying here so long, I've never heard this kind of sound in my house before."

It went on for almost an hour.
One grueling hour.

Few days ago, I finished my 6 hours course and will be getting my L license soon!
Driving that little Kancil was fun ngehehe.

So today!
X'mas eve!


My dad assigned me to go all the way to KL Plaza to purchase buffet dinner voucher to be used at Berjaya's Langkawi Beach & Spa Resort which they would be going right after Christmas.
I was suppose to go, and bring someone along as well, but now, change of plans and I won't be joining them.
Instead, I'll be attending Christmas parties etc. Since Belle's leaving for Singapore soon and so many other friends of mine are selected to go for National Service, spending time with my friends back here seems like a good choice for me.

K, how did I get to KL Plaza?
Took LRT from Kelana Jaya to KL Sentral.
Then, transit to KL Monorail to the Bukit Bintang Station.

KL Plaza is just walking distance from there.
Got the buffet vouchers.

So, thought of dropping by at the new Burberry shop at the Pavillion to meet back my old colleagues.
It's good seeing them again:D.

May(the supervisor) asked if I would like to work for Burberry again this coming January.
I would love to, considering the fact that I have yet to decide which college I'm going and very unlikely I'll be joining the January intake.

So, should I or should I not work?

Then I walked over to LowYat Plaza, passing through Sungei Wang.
As a favour for ThianHong cause he asked me to check out the price of the pendrive and webcam there.
Mmmm.

So there I was suppose to take the KL Monorail again. But then I thought, what the heck, the distance between 2 Monorail stations are so near!Probably 300m or less?

So yeah I walked and walked figuring I've got a liking for walking. Passed by many familiar landmarks and recalled the KL Marathon route I ran earlier this year.

Then I passed by Stadium Merdeka and noted, "Hey, Petaling Street is pretty near to Stadium Merdeka"

So yes, I walked INTO the stadium around the track and there were a concert stage and lightings set-up for concert or something like that.

Walked out of the stadium and head to Pasar Seni LRT station.
But yeah, I stopped by at Petaling Street to get myself a cup of thirst-quenching Air Mata Kucing.

Soon, I've got a dude coming to me;

"Leng chai , ham tai ngam mo?"

*translation.

"Handsome, want some porn videos?"

Haha I just give a polite gesture saying I'm not interested.

Then, the SKY has to pee pee.
(Rain).

PEE ALOT OKAY.

Almost impossible to stay away from the rain so I reached the Pasar Seni LRT station soaking wet.

Home, I'm off to.

Yea, I bet my lungs are in bad shape by now thanks to the generous amount of carbon monoxide and dust at KL. =_=
