Wei Guan turns 19!

Greetings!
Yesterday, Ser Siang and I brought Wei Guan for a drink to celebrate her 19th birthday :).

Guan had to rush to pass motion due to some misunderstanding along the process :P.
& mistaken Singapore's 'Sail' for 'Sales' thanks to Siang hahaha.

Flaming Lamborghini :O

I have feelings too.

Jac made me a burger. She might not be the person who is most familiar around the kitchen, but she sure did put in a lot of effort and amaze me with her culinary attempts :).

I've no idea the burger was coming, it was a total surprise! I was about to take a picture of it but she forbids me to. So I'm just gonna share with you what were the materials used for this burger I call Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner-Burger :p. By the fact it probably has sufficient calories to last me a day. You must be thinking 'Ridiculous'! but hold your words, the burger contain almost every ingredient you can think of. Probably a little too much for a casual meal :p.

The burger has ;

Toasted sesame seed bun with butter!

1 chicken patty.

Sliced sausage.

Cheeeeese.

3 eggs O.O

You think that's all? Nope, there's more! :D

1 fish patty!

Sliced carrots & cabbage.

& EVEN TUNA!

Did I miss out any? That's one filling burger!

I love you, no matter what.

Monologue

I've been practicing internal monologue lately. Don't ask me why.

Instead of going back home (PJ), I somehow did utilize my time in the best possible way.
A small barbeque gathering among my new classmates at Shih Yeong's place.

Teck Chong and Jason 'heating up' the scene ;).

Jason trying to provoke the charcoal fire with his phantom arms.

Chu Seng the Santa Claus guarding the essentials - our dinner.

Barbeque!

The following morning, spent a long day at Ipoh, with Shih Yeong, Jason and Yen Pin. Glad that we're granted our PTPTN loans, we feel kinda good.

First stop we went Kinta City Shopping Centre (Jusco).

We did some shopping and I came across this!

Free hand phone charger booth!
For all types of phone brands.

Great, but not a wise move if you were thinking of leaving your phone on there and go for a round of shopping.
An effort to save energy!

--

After shopping, hungry la. Dinner at Chang Jiang Coffee Shop, indulging in Ipoh's best!

I just had this yesterday and I feel like eating them again.

I specificly adore the chicken and pork balls, they're amazing!

The steamed chicken (pak cham kai) is so smooth and delicious you wanna eat it whole.
The vendor recommended pork balls. Yours truly is a big fan of pork balls and this is the bomb. If only there's spicy chilli sauce to complement it.

After dinner, shopping again, at Ipoh Parade :D!

My friends are Great.

'Record Breaker' - Jac

First and foremost, I wish I'm back at home now. Being at Kampar sucks when I dread to be at home. The thought of my family, friends, school, and of course my girlfriend has been up running on my mind all the time. Snap out of it, I should be gearing up for my finals.

Last weekend I was back for a short while to go KL Plaza with my family and girlfriend. In addition, it was Cheng Ming then too. Currently, KL Plaza is not at its best condition, cause it was recently bought over by the Pavilion group and still under renovation.

Jac and I, at the lobby.

Then we proceed walking around Pavilion, Bintang Walk, Sungei Wang and so on.

Had our dinner at hawker galore, Jalan Alor.
Near BB Plaza I didn't know there's a Golden Man, for you to take pictures with, with the cost of any amount you desire.

Golden Man is seen smoking here, tsk tsk. & surrounded by curious passerby's.

That night itself, was the night the historical Earth Hour take place. From commercial point of view, I deem if they are to switch off all form of electricity for 1 hour, it is as good as not doing business for that hour itself. There are places like Coffee Bean and Dome, which supports Earth Hour by minimizing their electrical usage and providing 10% off on their goodies for customers visiting them at that hour. Good job :D.

How Bintang Walk looks like during Earth Hour. LOL.

Back at the hotel, we wind back, relax and freshen up.

My daddy loves reading the newpaper :).

The girls checking out the bathroom, Jac, my mum and - can you spot my youngest sister behind :D?

I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend. However things weren't as smooth a couple of days after. I'm glad that matter has been put the rest.

--

Somehow I can still look forward and smile, I do have caring friends.
My bad days with bad appetite was well healed when I went out with Shih Yeong, Jason and the rest for dinner.

Kampar Old Town - Claypot Chicken Rice (Near Watson)
the best claypot chicken i've tasted at kampar

You can order the Claypot Chicken Rice with additional 'lap cheung' (chinese sausage) and salted fish.
Holy smokes, feeling hungry? :\
